Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dee Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown has chosen Evil by Interpol as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dee Brown will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez tries to close the distance and clinch but Brown swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Brown lands a front kick.

Lopez postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Brown looks a forlorn figure.

Lopez escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brown gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Lopez has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Brown can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Lopez had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Brown is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lopez Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Brown's back instead.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lopez is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Brown defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

I would just about give that final round to Dee Brown.
