Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Line (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Foreman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Line comes to the cage accompanied by Human Cannonball. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Line! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Aaron Foreman! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.

Line shoots in and gets a takedown into Foreman's guard. Line trying to control the position from guard on top but Foreman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Line drops back, looking for a kneebar! Foreman looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Foreman looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Foreman!
Foreman is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Line knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Foreman throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Line tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Foreman wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Foreman trying to control the action but Line is working from the bottom.
Foreman tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Line sneaks back into half guard.

Line gets back to full guard.
Foreman passes Line's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Foreman wants to take a breather but Line is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Foreman is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Line doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Foreman. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Line gets full guard.

Foreman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Line has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Foreman has managed to get both his arms back between Line's legs - danger averted. Line bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Foreman's guard.
Line has gone for a leg lock! Foreman slips out almost immediately though and dives into Line's guard.
Line had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Foreman defends it easily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Line keeping full guard, as Foreman tries to pass. Foreman trying to control the position from guard on top but Line is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Foreman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Line holds on and takes a little breather. Foreman wants to control from the top but Line keeps moving.

Line shoots for a double leg takedown but Foreman sprawls well. He's pushed Line's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Line checks a leg kick. Peter Line seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Line looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Foreman pushes Line off and gets back to his feet. Foreman tries to clinch up but Line circles away and keeps his distance. Line tries for a takedown but Foreman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Line fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter Line. That's going to take a lot out of him. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Line fails with a takedown attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Foreman lands with a cross. Foreman lands a leg kick that knocks Line off balance momentarily. Line closes the distance and clinches up with Foreman, looking for a takedown. Line pushes Foreman against the cage but Foreman circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Peter Line will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Foreman scores with a jab. Line acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Foreman connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Line's hands. Line gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Line takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter Line. That's going to take a lot out of him. Line shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Line shoots in looking for a takedown. Foreman tries to sprawl out of it but Line keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Foreman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Foreman connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Line momentarily.

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Foreman wants it to stay on the feet. Line on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Line shoots in for a takedown but Foreman shows good takedown defense. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Foreman tries to clinch but Line is having none of it. Foreman punishes Line's body with a nice straight punch. Line's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Foreman connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Line scrambles back to his feet. Foreman lands with a shot to the body. Foreman cracks a nice hook into Line's ribs. Foreman catches Line with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Foreman misses with a two punch combination.

Line fails with the takedown and Foreman connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Foreman takes a swing at Line's ribcage but misses. Line fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Foreman avoids it really well and circles away. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Foreman fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Line on the side of the head. Line takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Foreman lands an overhand right.
Foreman forces Line back against the cage and clinches. A short right from Foreman. Foreman softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage.

Line jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Foreman walks away with a smile on his face. Line gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Line misses with a takedown attempt letting Foreman counter with a right hand. Aaron Foreman seems to be getting the better of the standup. Foreman scores with a jab to the body. Foreman fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Line looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Foreman scores with a hook to the body. Line takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Foreman scores with a jab to the jaw. Line fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Foreman bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Foreman lands with a cross. Line shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Foreman counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Foreman dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Foreman wants to clinch up but Line keeps it at a distance. Line checks a leg kick nicely. Foreman just misses with a punch to the body.
Foreman drives through and clinches with Line against the cage.
Foreman gets through Line's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Line tightens his grip and picks Foreman up, before dumping him to the ground. Foreman manages to land in guard. Line wants to control from the top but Foreman keeps moving. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Aaron Foreman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Foreman lands with an uppercut that bounces Line off the cage and back into range. Foreman moves in looking to clinch but Line pushes him off.

That took the wind out of him momentarily. Line looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Line fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Foreman avoids it really well and circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter Line. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Foreman scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Line shoots in but Foreman avoids the takedown attempt easily. Line shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Foreman as he jumps to the side. Line on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Line shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Foreman but Foreman pushes him off and we're back to square one. Line misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

And that's the end of the fight! Aaron Foreman comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Foreman has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
