Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between William Bonney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Kunnas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonney comes into the arena with public enemy number 1 blaring out of the sound system. Karl Kunnas will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, William Bonney! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Karl Kunnas! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kunnas lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Bonney blocks a head kick by Kunnas.
Kunnas stuffs the takedown. Bonney looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Bonney uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kunnas. Kunnas throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bonney misses with a takedown attempt - Kunnas sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Bonney ducks under a wild hook from Kunnas. William Bonney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bonney closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bonney lands in his opponent's guard. Kunnas tries to land a sweep but no joy. Bonney looking to pass the guard. Bonney throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kunnas trying to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonney thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Kunnas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bonney. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bonney trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bonney drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bonney jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Bonney is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bonney sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Kunnas's guard. Bonney is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Bonney seems to be looking for submissions.
Kunnas is doing well to control the position and prevent Bonney from advancing to side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bonney moves nicely into side control. Bonney is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Kunnas is trying to escape and Bonney transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Kunnas is forced to tap! Nice work there by Bonney! Very nice indeed!
