Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ninja Pro Fighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Koloff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ninja Pro Fighter has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ninja Pro Fighter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ivan Koloff! The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fighter closes the distance and clinches. Koloff pulls guard effortlessly. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Fighter postures up.
Koloff is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Fighter is aware though and is defending well. Fighter with a nice head shot there. Koloff not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Koloff avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Fighter stands up over Koloff, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fighter throws a big elbow that misses. Fighter is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Fighter stops Koloff from standing up. Koloff controlling the position. Fighter trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Fighter throwing strikes from guard but Koloff blocks nicely. Fighter throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Koloff working for a triangle but Fighter defends it easily.
Fighter tries to free his leg and advance position but Koloff is retaining full guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Fighter accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Fighter postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Fighter makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Fighter is in close to Koloff's body, working some short punches and elbows. Fighter throws an elbow that misses. Koloff uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Fighter's guard. Nice move by Koloff! Fighter uses the cage to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Koloff backs up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action! Fighter moves to clinch but Koloff breaks away and Koloff holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Koloff is trying to force a seperation but Fighter has the dominant position. Koloff scores with an uppercut up the middle. Koloff jumps guard but Fighter stands there with Koloff around his waist. Koloff gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Koloff is pushing Fighter up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Fighter fails to pull the fight into his guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koloff tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Fighter smiles and moves away.
Koloff looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Fighter! Fighter wants to hold on but Koloff pushes him away. Koloff lands with some strikes. Koloff can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fighter is looking to escape. Fighter is desperately trying to improve his position but Koloff has a good base and remains in mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Koloff working away from the top, dropping strikes. Koloff sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fighter wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ninja Pro Fighter dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Fighter tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Koloff swivels and escapes. Koloff misses with a low kick as Fighter jumps back. Koloff keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Koloff defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fighter. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ninja Pro Fighter. That's going to take a lot out of him. Koloff misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Koloff pushes Fighter up against the cage in a clinch. Fighter blocking some punches.
Koloff is trying to break the clinch but Fighter is controlling him. Koloff is trying to pull guard but Fighter has him pressed against the cage. Koloff tries to break free but Fighter pushes him back against the cage. Koloff tries to pull guard but Fighter won't allow it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Koloff looks to land a left hand but Fighter moved out of range nicely. Koloff keeps the fight on the outside. Ninja Pro Fighter is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Koloff avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Fighter closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Koloff is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Fighter pulls him back up using the underhooks.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter pulls guard successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Koloff trying to control the position from guard on top but Fighter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fighter is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Koloff stands up and waves to Fighter to follow him. Fighter doesn't manage to clinch there - Koloff circles away.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Fighter tries to clinch but Koloff moves out of range. Koloff takes the fight into the clinch. Fighter wants to break the clinch but can't.
Koloff manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Koloff preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Fighter is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Koloff is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Koloff has escaped and now he's on top! Koloff stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fighter swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koloff sitting in guard, not really doing much. Koloff tries to stand but Fighter is controlling from the bottom. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Koloff is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Ivan Koloff will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Koloff with a hook. Koloff shoots in and bounces Fighter off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Fighter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Fighter wants to stand and escape but Koloff is having none of it. Fighter being controlled here, momentarily. Fighter is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Koloff dives into side control.

That's one minute gone in the round. Koloff lands some shots froms side control. Koloff tries to advance to mount but Fighter denies him. Fighter is not content to let Koloff control the position. Fighter tries to get back to half guard but can't. Koloff throws an elbow but Fighter slips to the side and avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koloff lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Fighter is trying to control Koloff's posture but Koloff avoids it. Koloff tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. You can see the frustration on Fighter's face as Koloff controls the position. Koloff swings around for an armbar but Fighter sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Koloff's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koloff not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Koloff working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Fighter doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Fighter manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Koloff takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fighter throws a strike but Koloff rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Fighter uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Fighter tries to clinch up but Koloff circles away and keeps his distance. Fighter has closed the distance and engaged Koloff in a clinch.
Koloff is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
That's four minutes gone in the round. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fighter creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Fighter escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fighter doesn't succeed with the takedown and Koloff counters with a single leg into guard. Fighter didn't expect that. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Koloff trying to control the position from guard on top but Fighter is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Koloff controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that's the end of the fight! Ivan Koloff comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Koloff has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
