Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ike Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Markus Mikkelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Turner.
Mikkelson throws a jab when Turner was well out of range.
Mikkelson takes a swing at Turner's ribcage but misses.
Mikkelson walks forward, straight into a front kick from Turner.
Turner lands a head kick. Mikkelson smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Turner connects with a solid leg kick.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Turner explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Turner lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Turner ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Turner moves away from the strike by Mikkelson.

Turner rushes Mikkelson and presses him up against the cage.
Mikkelson lands a nice uppercut.

Turner comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Mikkelson doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Mikkelson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Turner lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Mikkelson is trying to break the clinch but Turner has him pressed against the cage.

Turner escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A chopping leg kick lands by Turner.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Turner.
Mikkelson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Mikkelson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Turner was well out of range. Poor timing from Mikkelson.

Turner has managed to clinch.
Turner lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Mikkelson managing to block the knees to the body from Turner.
Mikkelson is trying to force a seperation but Turner has the dominant position.
Turner keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Mikkelson's efforts to push away.
Turner lands an elbow that stopped Mikkelson in his tracks for a moment.

Mikkelson wants to get back to striking at distance but Turner won't allow it.
Mikkelson makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Turner lands a damaging elbow.
Turner misses with a short punch on the inside.
Mikkelson blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Mikkelson has had enough of the clinch but Turner keeps him there for the moment.

Mikkelson is pressed against the cage. Turner pushes back and unleashes a big elbow that really hurts Mikkelson! Two more big strikes from Turner and Mikkelson crumples to the mat and taps out furiously due to the strikes!
