And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nigobson takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Kert Nigobson has been cut.
Nigobson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Runkman moves away.

Nigobson drives through and clinches with Runkman against the cage.
Runkman blocks a body shot from Nigobson.

Runkman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nigobson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Runkman counters with a crisp one two that drops Nigobson! Runkman thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Nigobson to his feet! Nigobson is in big trouble!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nigobson tries for a takedown but Runkman circles away easily
and Runkman scores with a counter punch that sends Nigobson to the canvas! Runkman smells blood - he's punishing Nigobson with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Nigobson has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
