Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Furcal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ronaldo Anjos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Furcal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ronaldo Anjos!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furcal wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Furcal stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Furcal works the jab nicely.
Anjos has his takedown stuffed
and Furcal counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Furcal lands a really nice looking cross but Anjos seems unphased.
Furcal throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Anjos on the side of the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Anjos takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Furcal jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Anjos misses with a takedown attempt
and Furcal counters with a left to the body.
Furcal bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Furcal scores with a nice head shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Furcal uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Anjos is rocked!
Furcal drops Anjos with a naaaaasty hook - Anjos is in real trouble here! Furcal dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
