Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juan Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glaube Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen . as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 12 - 2, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Juan Sanchez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Glaube Silva! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Felipe Paraventi and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Sanchez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Crunch! Sanchez slams his shin into Silva's torso. Silva tries to clinch up but Sanchez circles away and keeps his distance. Sanchez misses the jab. Sanchez fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Silva has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Sanchez shoots in for a takedown but Silva shows good takedown defense. Sanchez lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Sanchez shoots in looking for a takedown but Silva manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sanchez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Juan Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch but Sanchez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Silva tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Sanchez for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Silva gets underhooks to prevent Sanchez's takedown attempt.
