Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vicks Wedge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Funkyama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wedge is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Funkyama's half guard.

Wedge just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
Wedge seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Funkyama for as long as he can get away with.

Wedge is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Funkyama has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Funkyama is still in real trouble! Can Wedge finish him?
Wedge lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Funkyama! Wedge sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Funkyama and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
