Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Snake Bite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snake Bite is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rick James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Snake Bite! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bite misses with a hook
and James connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Rick James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bite thows a body shot but no joy. James avoids a punch combination nicely.
James misses with a body shot.
James scores with a nice strike. A shot to the body from Bite misses and James cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. James throws a shot from downtown. Bite moves away and avoids it. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. James throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
James throws an off balance right hand
and Bite counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Bite misses with a looping right. Bite walks into a straight right hand from James. Bite misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. James scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Snake Bite has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. James cracks a nice hook into Bite's ribs. Bite looks gassed! Bite keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from James. James scores with a sloppy right hand. Bite should have avoided that one. Bite thows a body shot but no joy. A telegraphed right hand from James misses the target. James stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and James wants it to stay on the feet. James is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Bite looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bite takes a jab right on the kisser.
The fighters circling - James throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Bite takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. James cracks Bite with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. James has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Bite to stand back up!
Bite is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round. James looks to throw the jab but Bite is out of range. Bite on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. James is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Bite like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Bite from another fist facial!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rick James!
