Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Archibald Tuttle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thai Striker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tuttle's entrance music is RAWR. A fine choice. Striker has chosen Rage Against The Machine - Killing in The Name as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Archibald Tuttle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Thai Striker! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Striker lands with a slapping head kick. Tuttle closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Striker lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Tuttle wants to break the clinch but can't.
Tuttle slows down the pace here.
A frustrated look appears on Tuttle's face as he tries to break the clinch. Striker looking to throw knees to the head but Tuttle is blocking nicely.
Tuttle's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Tuttle checks a leg kick nicely. Archibald Tuttle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tuttle shoots in for a double leg but Striker sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Striker throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Tuttle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Tuttle lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A head kick by Tuttle misses and Striker counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Striker has closed the distance and engaged Tuttle in a clinch.
Tuttle is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Striker is defending well for now. Striker misses with a body punch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Striker tries to land knees in the clinch but Tuttle avoids the damage to the body. Tuttle is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Striker pushes Tuttle back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Tuttle changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Striker fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Tuttle closes the distance and clinches. Tuttle has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Tuttle wants to break free but Striker has control.

Striker keeps control of Tuttle as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Striker lands a right hand. Striker lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tuttle backwards. Tuttle on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Tuttle blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Tuttle pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Striker putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Tuttle in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. A right handed body shot lands from Striker.
Tuttle jumps guard but Striker stands there with Tuttle around his waist. Tuttle gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Tuttle has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Striker is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Striker looking to throw knees to the head but Tuttle is blocking nicely.

Tuttle is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Striker showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Tuttle looking for a sweep. Not yet Tuttle, not yet. Striker content to stall in guard here. Striker must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Thai Striker wasn't active enough on the ground. Striker ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Tuttle takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Thai Striker is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tuttle takes the fight into the clinch. Striker throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Tuttle blocks it with crossed arms. Striker lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Tuttle looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Striker tries to work over Tuttle's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Striker looking to throw knees to the head but Tuttle is blocking nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Striker presses Tuttle against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Tuttle connects with a nasty looking knee right to Striker's face.

Tuttle pushes off an throws an elbow but Striker leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thai Striker dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Archibald Tuttle wasn't doing enough on the ground. Tuttle scores with a leg kick.
Striker leaves Tuttle with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Tuttle will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Tuttle takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A nice inside leg kick there by Striker. That's going to slow Tuttle down. Tuttle takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. This has been an exciting period of action! Striker softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Tuttle with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Striker lands a nice uppercut. A nice right hand lands inside from Striker. Tuttle jumps guard but Striker turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Archibald Tuttle. That's going to take a lot out of him. Striker using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Tuttle has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Tuttle is rocked! Striker presses Tuttle against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Oh Tuttle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Striker works on Tuttle's body with a couple of short punches. Striker lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tuttle backwards. Striker throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Striker scores a nice knee to the body.
Striker jerks Tuttle's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Tuttle drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Striker goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Striker because Tuttle was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Thai Striker! Thai Striker very nearly forgot to thank Fossington & Blythe: Gentlemen's Fight Attire amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
