The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petkovic wants to slow Vaughn down by chopping away at his legs.
Petkovic gets tackled into the cage by Vaughn. Vaughn maintains the clinch.
Petkovic pulls Vaughn into guard.
Petkovic can't keep his opponent in guard - Vaughn advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Petkovic won't allow Vaughn to pass to mount.
Petkovic is refusing to be controlled, as Vaughn sits in half guard.
Petkovic moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Vaughn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Vaughn has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Petkovic to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Vaughn is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Petkovic pulls down on the head and he's put Vaughn to sleep! This one is all over!
