The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joon swats away the attempt to clinch by Fain.
Fain looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Fain is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Joon tries to land a leg kick but Fain saw it coming and moves away.
Fain circles away from the clinch attempt.

Joon closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Fain to the mat! Fain manages to get full guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Joon is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

We're going to have a standup here because Joon Joon wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Joon shoots in looking for a takedown. Fain tries to sprawl out of it but Joon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fain manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Fain is working an open guard so Joon takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Joon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fain looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Joon is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Fain looks calm but he's in trouble here. Joon gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Fain is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Joon lets go of the hold and Fain can pop his arm back in it's socket.
