The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gambino dives in and scores a takedown into Minneo's guard.

Gambino is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Minneo can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Minneo takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Gambino goes for an armbar but Minneo turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Minneo.
Minneo is looking to work some ground and pound but Gambino has wrist control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gambino bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Minneo's guard.
Minneo has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Gambino doesn't defend quickly enough and Minneo has managed to lock this one up! Can Gambino escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Minneo on a fantastic submission victory.
