Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Al Holic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mathurin Kerbouchard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holic kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Alcohol. On his way into the cage it seems that Al Holic has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Al Holic seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holic missing with a left hand there. Kerbouchard was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Holic throws a shot from downtown. Kerbouchard moves away and avoids it.
Kerbouchard uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Holic.

Kerbouchard closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Holic did well to prevent Kerbouchard getting side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Al Holic just wasn't active enough.

Kerbouchard is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Kerbouchard shoots in looking for a takedown but Holic manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kerbouchard's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Kerbouchard shoots in looking for a takedown. Holic tries to sprawl out of it but Kerbouchard keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Holic manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Holic stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Holic scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Kerbouchard takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Holic lands a big uppercut and Kerbouchard crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kerbouchard looks OK. Holic waves Kerbouchard back to his feet!

Holic cracks Kerbouchard with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Holic has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Kerbouchard to stand back up!
Kerbouchard is still on wobbly legs! Can Holic finish him?
Holic lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Kerbouchard - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Holic!
