Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Henderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yang Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Japanese National Anthem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dan Henderson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yang Lee! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Lee dives in and scores a takedown into Henderson's guard. Henderson has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Henderson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Henderson is pulling down on Lee's head to control his posture. Henderson has a closed guard, preventing Lee from standing up. Lee looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Dan Henderson just wasn't active enough. Henderson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henderson gets tackled into the cage by Lee. Lee maintains the clinch. A body shot lands from Lee.
Henderson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee gets caught napping as Henderson dives in and scores a takedown. Lee manages to retain guard. Henderson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Henderson is one step ahead there. Lee keeping full guard, as Henderson tries to pass. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Henderson with a flurry of punches that miss. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lee trying to control the position here. Henderson trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom.
Dan Henderson has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Lee throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
It looks like Dan Henderson has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Henderson shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lee manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Henderson trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee wants to sweep but no luck. Lee keeping moving, preventing Henderson from controlling successfully.
We're going to have a standup here because Dan Henderson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Lee dives in and grabs Henderson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Henderson pushes down on Lee's head and hops out. Lee tries to clinch up but Henderson circles away and keeps his distance. Henderson looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Lee! Henderson looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Henderson prevents Lee from getting the reversal. Lee regains half guard. Henderson controlling the pace. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Henderson is trying to control. Lee wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dan Henderson will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Dan Henderson's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Sloppy strikes from Lee. Those never looked like landing. Lee lands a big head kick that sends Henderson tumbling to the mat! Lee takes a step backwards and waves Henderson back to his feet - he wants the finish! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Henderson gets in close and instigates a clinch. Lee tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Henderson just stands there and leans against the cage. Lee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Henderson on his heels. He'll look to pass Henderson's guard now, I'm sure. Lee stands and steps away. Henderson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Lee lands a nice looking kick to the body. Henderson takes a step back to recover. Henderson doesn't manage to clinch there - Lee circles away.
Henderson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lee quickly recovers to half guard. Henderson is trying to work for a kimura but Lee is defending well.
Lee is positioning himself well to prevent Henderson advancing to mount. Lee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Henderson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henderson stops Lee from getting back to his feet.
Henderson is looking for a kimura but Lee is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Henderson to get the leverage. Henderson is trying to control. Lee wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Henderson not doing much here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Henderson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Lee seems keen to control Henderson's posture. Lee looking to hit a scissor sweep but Henderson is one step ahead there.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. A punch combination from Henderson misses. Henderson takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Lee blocks a leg kick. Dan Henderson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Lee shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lee showed some decent athleticism there. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lee lands a nice short elbow.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Henderson is just riding it out for now. Lee eventually gives up the hold. Henderson is trying to stand up here but Lee is controlling him well. The fighters are battling for position here. Henderson manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Lee trying to control but Henderson is working from the bottom. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Lee is fighting to break Henderson's control of his arms but Henderson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yang Lee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Dan Henderson's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Lee trying to control the position from guard on top but Henderson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Henderson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Lee scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Henderson tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henderson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Lee's guard. Henderson prevents Lee from getting back to his feet. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Lee wants to sweep but no luck.
We're going to have a standup here because Dan Henderson wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Henderson throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range. Yang Lee seems to be getting the better of the standup. Lee moves out of range as Henderson throws a body kick.
Lee is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Henderson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Henderson wants to advance to full mount but Lee doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Henderson wants to pass the guard but Lee is keeping the position. Lee seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lee's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
