Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michal Materla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sakari Nurmi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Nurmi's choice of entrance music: Turisas -Take the day!. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Materla shoots and misses
enabling Nurmi to counter with a crisp jab.
Nurmi thumps Materla with a low kick.
Materla shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Materla has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Nurmi finds it's way round the side to connect with Materla's head.
Materla shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Nurmi's guard.
Nurmi is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Materla got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nurmi has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Materla has managed to get both his arms back between Nurmi's legs - danger averted.

Well Nurmi has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
