Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Milos Jonak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitchell Lamzak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchell Lamzak will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mitchell Lamzak! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lamzak moves in looking to clinch but Jonak pushes him off. Jonak tries to clinch but Lamzak moves out of range. Jonak shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Jonak controlling the pace. Jonak not landing any meaningful shots this time. Jonak is thwarting Lamzak's attempts to control the position. Lamzak actively working from the bottom here. Jonak trying to control the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Milos Jonak has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Jonak throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Lamzak's waist but Lamzak gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Jonak off to one side. Lamzak tries to clinch but Jonak moves out of range. Lamzak tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Jonak counters with a shoot takedown. Lamzak fights it but they end up in guard. Jonak loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jonak looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Jonak stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lamzak swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lamzak controls Jonak momentarily but Jonak frees himself. Jonak loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Jonak looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Lamzak throws a sloppy head kick and Jonak moves out of range easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jonak swats away the attempt to clinch by Lamzak. Jonak forces Lamzak back against the cage and clinches. Jonak successfully pulls guard.
Lamzak must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jonak looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jonak working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lamzak doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Jonak is tightening it up a little... Lamzak has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Lamzak reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Lamzak taps out! Nice BJJ there by Jonak!
