Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dante Xylar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robin Clint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dante Xylar looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xylar wants to clinch
and Clint counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Clint.
Clint is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Xylar stalling in the clinch but Clint improves position.
Clint has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Xylar after a bit of a struggle.
Clint lands with a right to the head.
Clint wants to take the fight to the mat but Xylar manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Clint works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Clint throws a series of punches but Xylar avoids them all with ease.
Clint stalks Xylar and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Xylar's face. Xylar staggers backwards, shaken.
Clint instigates a clinch.
Clint is trying to trip Xylar. He has hold of a leg but Xylar is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Clint persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Clint jumps into guard, dragging Xylar to the mat.

Xylar gets tackled into the cage by Clint. Clint maintains the clinch.

Robin Clint is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Clint will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Well Clint has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
