Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Neil Niler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mocny Silacz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Neil Niler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mocny Silacz! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick from Niler lands but Silacz takes it in his stride. Silacz drives through with a takedown into guard. Silacz missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silacz accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Niler is working an open guard so Silacz takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Silacz has Niler up against the cage in a clinch.

Niler pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Silacz throws a sloppy head kick and Niler moves out of range easily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Silacz closes the distance and clinches. Niler drops down looking for an ankle pick but Silacz pulls his leg out and moves away.
Niler tries for a takedown but Silacz circles away easily and Silacz counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silacz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Niler is staying active underneath Silacz, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Silacz slows the pace down in half guard. Niler tries to roll over but Silacz keeps him under control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Silacz in particular looking to stall. Silacz scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Niler wants to get back to full guard. Silacz throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Silacz missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Niler taking some punishment here, with Silacz in his half guard. Niler trying to control from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Silacz wants to take a breather but Niler is having none of it. Silacz looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Silacz is trying to control the action in half guard but Niler is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Niler won't allow Silacz to pass to mount. Silacz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Niler defends it well. Silacz is thwarting Niler's attempts to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Niler moves into full guard.

Silacz trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Niler looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Silacz passes into half guard.
Silacz moves into full mount! Niler won't be happy about that! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mocny Silacz dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Silacz shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Niler as he avoids it easily. Silacz closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Niler's guard. Niler working a defensive guard here.
Silacz tries to free his leg and advance position but Niler is retaining full guard. Niler is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silacz preventing the sweep. Niler has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Silacz off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Niler keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silacz doesn't succeed with the takedown and Niler holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Silacz lands with a light punch inside. Niler tries for a takedown but Silacz manages to get underhooks.
Silacz has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Niler is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Neil Niler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mocny Silacz. Niler has Silacz pressed against the cage, preventing Silacz from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Niler tries to stall but Silacz uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Silacz jumps guard and drags Niler to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Niler wants to pass the guard but Silacz is keeping the position. Niler wanted to stand there but Silacz had control of the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silacz has his foot on Niler's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Niler works his way back into a safe position though. Niler has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Silacz is breathing heavily. Niler seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Silacz is pulling down on Niler's head. It's preventing any offense from Niler, at least for the moment. Niler throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Silacz wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silacz looking for a sweep. Not yet Silacz, not yet. Silacz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Niler is pressing down on Silacz's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Niler working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Silacz. Silacz throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Niler works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Niler is trying to control the position but Silacz postures up. Silacz postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Niler is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Silacz, into his guard. Niler pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Silacz is keeping the position for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Silacz wants to stand but Niler is controlling the position. Silacz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Niler doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Silacz is tightening it up a little... Niler has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Niler reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Niler taps out! Nice BJJ there by Silacz!
