Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between St Thomas Guzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ray Sentipiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guzman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Sentipiel as he avoids it easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Guzman is defended easily by Sentipiel.

Sentipiel throws a jab but it's blocked by Guzman.

Sentipiel is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Guzman defends it well.

Sentipiel might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Guzman kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Sentipiel is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Guzman is just riding it out for now. Sentipiel eventually gives up the hold.

Sentipiel drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sentipiel jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sentipiel accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Guzman wants to improve his position but instead Sentipiel has moved into half guard.

Sentipiel takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Guzman throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Sentipiel dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Guzman. That did some damage!

Sentipiel throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sentipiel's jab looks to have found its range, popping Guzman under the eye.

Sentipiel bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Guzman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Guzman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sentipiel's waist but Sentipiel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Guzman off to one side.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Sentipiel shoots in looking for a takedown but Guzman manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sentipiel's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sentipiel connects with a nice short shot to Guzman's temple.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Sentipiel unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Guzman wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Sentipiel celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
