The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reyes misses with a double jab.
Reyes tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Morex is able to avoid easily.
Reyes paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Pete Morex has been cut.
Reyes throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Morex sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Reyes connects with a leg kick. Morex looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Morex fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Reyes throws a low kick but it's checked well by Morex.
Reyes rushes Morex and presses him up against the cage.
Morex is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Reyes gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Reyes lands an elbow inside that Morex shrugs off.
Morex managing to block the knees to the body from Reyes.

Reyes unloads a knee to the mid-section. Morex lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Morex is working for takedown but Reyes is calmly controlling the position for now.
