Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Landon Green!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Hector Barbosa!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Barbosa escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Barbosa fails with an attempt to clinch.
Green throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Barbosa moves into the clinch.
Barbosa breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Barbosa clinches.
Barbosa tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Barbosa lands a left hand that snaps the head of Green backwards.
Green is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Barbosa gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Green jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Barbosa walks away with a smile on his face. Green gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Green shoots in looking for a takedown but Barbosa manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Green's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Landon Green. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Barbosa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Green dives in and grabs Barbosa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Barbosa pushes down on Green's head and hops out.

Barbosa clinches up with Green and pushes him back against the cage.
Green is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Barbosa to keep the fight standing.

Green moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Green shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Barbosa pinned against the cage. Barbosa gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Green swings for the body but Barbosa moves out of range.

Barbosa is trying to maintain the position but Green is very close to passing his half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Green wants to lay and pray for a moment but Barbosa keeps working.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Green thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Barbosa's head.
Green is working for a kimura but Barbosa is defending it quite comfortably.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Green fails with a takedown attempt.
Barbosa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Barbosa gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Green on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Barbosa. Barbosa obviously looking to wear him down.
Green works Barbosa's body with a nice hook.
Barbosa takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Green takes a kick to the side of the head.

Barbosa moves into the clinch.
Barbosa scores with a knee to the head.
Green takes an elbow to the temple.
Green wants to break the clinch but can't.

Barbosa drags the fight down to the ground.
Green wants to control from the top but Barbosa keeps moving.
Green throws an elbow that misses. Barbosa uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Green's guard. Nice move by Barbosa!
Barbosa stands and steps away. Green gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Green counters with a shoot takedown. Barbosa fights it but they end up in guard.
Green is working Barbosa over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Green with a flurry of punches that miss.

Green is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Barbosa is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Landon Green decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
