Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Davis Davies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tobias Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker has chosen The Rapture - Echos as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Davis Davies!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tobias Walker!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davies swinging wildly here.
Walker closes the distance and clinches up with Davies, looking for a takedown. Walker pushes Davies against the cage but Davies circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Davies throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A jab from Davies finds it's way through Walker's defenses.
It looks like Tobias Walker has been cut.
Davies defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Walker.
Walker looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Walker is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Davies is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Davies has escaped and now he's on top!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Davies trying to control but Walker is working from the bottom.
Davies throwing strikes from guard but Walker blocks nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Walker looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Davies pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Walker is keeping the position for now.
Walker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Davies can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Davies trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Davies has gone for a leg lock! Walker slips out almost immediately though and dives into Davies's guard.
Davies looking to control.

Walker wants to control from the top but Davies keeps moving.
Davies working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Walker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Walker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Walker looking to sit in guard and control but Davies gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Walker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Davies can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Davies throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Walker works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Walker utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Davies missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Davies tries to free his leg and advance position but Walker is retaining full guard.
Walker is adopting a defensive guard.
Davies throws a big elbow that misses.
Davies trying to control the position from guard on top but Walker is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Davies is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Davies throws an elbow that misses. Walker uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Davies's guard. Nice move by Walker!
Walker drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Walker seems to have locked his on tight now - Davies screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Walker, as he picks up the win!
