Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lavar Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Winslow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shane Winslow told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lavar Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shane Winslow!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Johnson does it's job there.
A punch combination from Johnson misses.
Winslow dodges the punch combination from Johnson.
Winslow gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Johnson lands with an uppercut that bounces Winslow off the cage and back into range.
Johnson stalks Winslow and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Winslow's face. Winslow staggers backwards, shaken.
Johnson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Johnson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Winslow circles away quickly and effectively.
Johnson throws a nice looking combination but Winslow bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Johnson thuds a left hand into Winslow's body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Winslow has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Johnson looks to land a combination but Winslow avoids it well.
Johnson throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Winslow.
Johnson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Lavar Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Winslow shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Johnson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Johnson tries to get out of the position.
Winslow wants to pass the guard but Johnson is keeping the position.
Winslow pushes down on Johnson's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Winslow decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Johnson moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Johnson misses with the combination.
Johnson lands a two punch combo.
Johnson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Johnson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Winslow counters with an outside leg kick.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Some wild striking there from Johnson.
Johnson sizes up Winslow with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Winslow pushes Johnson up against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Winslow gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Winslow won't allow Johnson to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Winslow slips nicely into half guard.
Winslow is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Johnson!
Winslow working for a guillotine from mount but Johnson is in no mood to give up.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Johnson is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Winslow locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Johnson is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Shane Winslow!
Post fight, Shane Winslow took to the microphone: 'What do you say about that? People are spitting on my name because of my streak, and so what now? Fuck them, I'm back!'.
