Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ichnig Reedin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bihom Tarsun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bihom Tarsun is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ichnig Reedin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bihom Tarsun! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reedin misses with a looping left. Reedin swats away the attempt to clinch by Tarsun. Reedin throws a hook to the side of Tarsun's head but Tarsun sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Reedin throws a right and a left that both miss. Tarsun lands a high kick!
Tarsun looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Tarsun swinging wilding here.

and Reedin counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Reedin wants to control but Tarsun is keeping him busy. Tarsun is looking for a sweep. Reedin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Reedin works his foot free and advances to mount. Tarsun bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! Tarsun in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Tarsun wants to stand but Reedin is controlling his posture from full guard. Reedin had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Tarsun is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Reedin Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Tarsun's back instead. Reedin has the hooks in. Tarsun is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Reedin is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Tarsun up.
Reedin is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Tarsun has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Tarsun is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Reedin gets his way!

Reedin wants to control but Tarsun postures up. Reedin sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Tarsun is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Reedin has managed to free his arm - good work. Reedin works his way to full guard. Good work. Reedin tries to land a sweep but no joy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tarsun stuns Reedin with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Tarsun, right into the meat.

Tarsun drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Tarsun displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Tarsun scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Tarsun with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Reedin tries to move into range but Tarsun moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Reedin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tarsun to the mat! Tarsun manages to get full guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tarsun is on top in guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ichnig Reedin will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

He's obviously looking to slow Tarsun down. Tarsun scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
