The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBride ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Excellent takedown into side control there by McBride.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
McBride has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
McBride ducks right into an uppercut from Po.
It looks like Patrick McBride has been cut.
McBride scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. McBride connects with a nice short shot to Po's temple.
McBride has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Po tries to push off, looking to stand up, but McBride manages to move to mount!

Po bucks McBride off and manages to get back to his feet!
Po swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Po lands with a right hand.
Po swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by McBride.
McBride shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Po as he avoids it easily.

McBride fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Tong Po has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick McBride.
Po throws a monster overhand right that drops McBride! Po follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
