Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Andreas Schmidt!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Boxer Jr does it's job there.
Boxer Jr lands a glancing blow to the side of Schmidt's head.
Boxer Jr scores with a decent looking hook.
Schmidt tries to clinch up
and Boxer Jr counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Schmidt thinking.
Boxer Jr stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Schmidt throws a low kick but Boxer Jr avoids it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Schmidt had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Boxer Jr defends it easily.

Schmidt ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Schmidt no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Boxer Jr has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Schmidt is working away from the top position though.
Schmidt throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Boxer Jr wants to improve his position but Schmidt is controlling well.
Schmidt wants to stand up but Boxer Jr is controlling the position.

Schmidt is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Joe Boxer Jr overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

That was a close second round but I would say that Joe Boxer Jr will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

It looks like Andreas Schmidt has been cut.
Schmidt takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
