Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hendo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hiroshi Hase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by Darude- Sandstorm. Hendo Diaz has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hendo Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hiroshi Hase! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaz gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Hase. Diaz tries to close the distance and clinch but Hase swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Diaz closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Hase takes a knee right on the jaw!
Hase blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Diaz obliges. Hase is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Diaz trying to land knees to the body.
Hase is trying to push Diaz away but Diaz has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Diaz breaks the clinch.
Hase keeps the fight on the outside. This has been an exciting period of action! Hase throws a right and a left that both miss. Diaz clinches up with Hase and pushes him back against the cage. Diaz unloads a knee to the mid-section. Hase lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Diaz tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Diaz using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Hase has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz misses with an elbow over the top. A knee to the head by Diaz.

Diaz breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Diaz misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Diaz closes the distance and clinches. Diaz breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hase lands with an overhand left. Hase throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Diaz colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Hase as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Diaz is left battered and dazed whilst Hase and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hiroshi Hase!
