Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joe Calzaghe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Donald Kerabatsos! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kerabatsos throws a head kick that Calzaghe semi-blocks.
Calzaghe uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kerabatsos.
Calzaghe drives through with a takedown into Kerabatsos's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Calzaghe looking to sit in guard and control but Kerabatsos gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Calzaghe is looking for a triangle but Kerabatsos pushes his legs off easily.

Kerabatsos stopping the sweep attempt from Calzaghe. Calzaghe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kerabatsos would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Kerabatsos's corner is telling him to maintain position. Calzaghe is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Kerabatsos must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Calzaghe throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Calzaghe is looking for a triangle but Kerabatsos pushes his legs off easily.
Calzaghe has his feet on Kerabatsos's thighs here. He's pushed Kerabatsos off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Kerabatsos screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
