And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Eddie Seng!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Steve Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seng ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Mosley moves away.
Seng lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Mosley closes the distance and clinches.
Mosley tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Seng smiles and moves away.
Hank Mosley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Seng is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mosley avoids the elbow strike from Seng, against the cage.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Seng creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Mosley tries to pull guard but Seng holds him up against the cage and eventually Mosley drops back down to his feet.

Seng got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mosley has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Seng has managed to get both his arms back between Mosley's legs - danger averted.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Seng passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Mosley is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Seng moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Mosley is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Seng prevents Mosley from improving his position.
Seng really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mosley. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Mosley is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Seng's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Seng's back!

I really don't envy Seng right now.

Seng lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mosley circles away quickly and effectively.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Mosley dives in and grabs Seng's left leg, looking for a takedown. Seng pushes down on Mosley's head and hops out.

Seng pushes off an throws an elbow but Mosley leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Seng swings wildly with an uppercut but Mosley uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mosley avoids the elbow strike from Seng, against the cage.

Seng throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Hank Mosley has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Eddie Seng is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Mosley is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Seng pulls his head out easily.

I would just about give that final round to Eddie Seng.

After the fight, Eddie Seng was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
