The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Czernobog fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jose shoots in but no luck this time.
Jose avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Jose shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Czernobog but Czernobog pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A left and a right from Jose both land. Nice combination.
Czernobog closes the distance and pushes Jose back into the cage.
Czernobog is struggling to control the position.
Czernobog turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Czernobog is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Jose has escaped the position, nice work there.

Czernobog wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jose keeps working.

Czernobog is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jose is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jose throws Czernobog to one side and escapes!
