Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Linic throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Linic loads up on a big right hand but Gomes slips the punch.
Nice shot lands for Linic.
Gomes thows a body shot but no joy.
Linic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gomes was well out of range. Poor timing from Linic.
Gomes scores with the left hand. Linic knows he should have avoided that one.
Linic throws a combination that misses
and Gomes counters with a straight right hand.
Sloppy strikes from Gomes. Those never looked like landing.
Linic looks to land a left hand but Gomes moved out of range nicely.
Gomes digs a good hook to Linic's body.
Linic throws a right and a left that both miss.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Linic wants to clinch.
Linic shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gomes but Gomes pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Linic comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gomes misses with a takedown attempt - Linic sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Linic swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Linic tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Gomes manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Gomes with a nice cross.
Linic misses with a leg kick.
Gomes shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Linic as he avoids it easily.
No luck for Linic with that takedown attempt.
Linic cracks Gomes with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Linic motions for Gomes to come forward. Linic throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Gomes shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Linic trying to control but Gomes postures up.

Linic wants to sweep but Gomes has passed to side control!
Linic is letting Gomes control him for a moment.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Linic manages to get back to half guard.
Linic is looking to improve his position.
Linic is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Gomes pulls his head out easily.
Gomes keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Linic wants to control but Gomes is keeping busy.
Gomes sitting and controlling from the half guard.

Gomes prevents Linic from improving his position.
Gomes seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Linic does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Linic pushes Gomes off looking to stand but Gomes dives back in and keeps control.
Linic tries to roll over but Gomes keeps him under control.
Gomes wants to pass to mount but Linic is defending the position.
Linic wants to control but Gomes is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Linic scores with a one two! Gomes had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Gomes shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Linic is wriggling around trying to escape.
Gomes putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee warns Linic that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Gomes controlling the pace for now.
Linic keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Gomes connects with a bit shot that sees Linic covering up! More strikes from Gomes and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Gomes is our winner by TKO!
