PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isaiah Fowler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zirry Swan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swan is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Blame it on my ADD. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Isaiah Fowler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zirry Swan!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fowler shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Swan as he avoids it easily.

Fowler darts in and clinches Swan up against the cage.
Swan stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Fowler is working for takedown but Swan is calmly controlling the position for now.
Swan is pushing Fowler up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Swan breaks the clinch.
Swan displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Fowler.

Swan lands a jab to Fowler's midsection.

Fowler manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Swan on his heels. He'll look to pass Swan's guard now, I'm sure.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Swan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fowler swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fowler throws a good cross that connects.
Fowler throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Swan crashing down! Swan tries to stagger back to his feet but Fowler just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Swan asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.

Isaiah Fowler spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
