Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jake Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Creed kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Welcome To The Jungle. Perry is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Cara Dillon vs. 2 Devine - Black Is the Colour (Coco & Green Remix). Jake Creed is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perry throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Perry tries for a takedown but Creed sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Creed throws the left hand but Perry avoids the punch easily.
Perry throws a right hand that Creed ducks under and follows up with a left that Creed also avoids with ease.
Creed shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Perry throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Perry tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Creed was well out of range. Poor timing from Perry.
Perry tries to bum rush Creed with a series of wild strikes but Creed uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Creed misses with a straight left.
Creed shoots in and gets a takedown into Perry's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Creed throws a strike but Perry rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Perry wants to pass the guard but Creed is keeping the position.

Perry has gone for a leg lock! Creed slips out almost immediately though and dives into Perry's guard.
Creed drops back, looking for a kneebar! Perry looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Perry looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Perry!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Creed is working hard here to advance position.
Perry is looking for a kimura but Creed is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Perry to get the leverage.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Creed slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Perryis looking to pass into half guard but Creed pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Creed is in guard.
Creed avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Perry working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Creed doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Creed manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Creed accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
