That was a close round but I would say that Guy Lightening will probably get the nod.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Lightening isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Souza stacks Lightening on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Souza!

Lightening might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Souza unloads with some shots from mount but Lightening bucks and avoids them well.

Souza breaks from Lightening's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Souza is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Lightening is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Lightening flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Souza anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Lightening and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Souza slips an arm under Lightening chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Souza has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Souza is squeezing on Lightening like an anaconda would it's prey. Lightening fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
