Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Boone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Moses Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sam Boone! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Moses Johnson! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws a head kick that Boone semi-blocks.
Boone connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Boone throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Johnson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Boone is in Johnson's guard. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Boone controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Boone stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Johnson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Boone showing good wrestling skills to control the position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Johnson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Boone is controlling him. Boone decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Johnson, up you get!
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Boone sprawls well. Boone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet. Johnson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Johnson fails with the takedown and Boone counters with a takedown into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boone landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Boone is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Johnson is trying to escape and Boone transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Johnson is forced to tap! Nice work there by Boone! Very nice indeed!
