Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matrim Cauthon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Tomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Cauthon scores with a three punch combo!
Cauthon connects with a leg kick. Tomas looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Cauthon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Tomas stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cauthon throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Cauthon connects with a looping right hand.
Tomas throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cauthon's waist but Cauthon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tomas off to one side.
Tomas takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Cauthon scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Tomas takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Cauthon connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Tomas's hands.
Tomas doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Cauthon bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Cauthon lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Cauthon is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Tomas is rocked!
Tomas gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Cauthon gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Tomas is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matrim Cauthon!
A very excited looking Matrim Cauthon rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
