Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Connor McManus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McManus comes to the cage accompanied by The Blood of Cú Chulainn. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Connor McManus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harry Green!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Reed Andrews and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green wants to clinch.
McManus closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Green to the mat! Green manages to get full guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
McManus sitting in guard, not really doing much.
McManus's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Green really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McManus. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Connor McManus.
Green darts in trying to clinch
so McManus counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's one minute gone in the round.
McManus passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Green looking for a sweep but McManus has passed into full mount! Oh no!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McManus cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
McManus postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Green in real trouble here! The ref calls for Green to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Connor McManus!
