Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jossie Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Sagat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes into the arena with Ladies and Gentlemen-Saliva blaring out of the sound system. Jossie Silva has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jossie Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bob Sagat!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva walks into a jab.
Sagat throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Silva slips a jab and a cross from Sagat.
Silva shoots for a double leg takedown but Sagat sprawls well. He's pushed Silva's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Silva takes a swing at Sagat's ribcage but misses.
Silva could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Sagat throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease.
Silva walks straight into a right hand from Sagat - that's dropped him! Sagat jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Silva from any more punishment! Silva complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Bob Sagat!
