Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ruben Yvel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jace Beleren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beleren comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Young Jeezy 3 A M kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ruben Yvel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jace Beleren! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paul Aken and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Beleren shoots in but Yvel avoids the takedown attempt easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Beleren is defended easily by Yvel. Yvel scores a takedown into full mount! Yvel controlling from the full mount. Yvel has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yvel trying to control but he's not successful this time. Yvel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Beleren on the ground. Yvel prevents Beleren from getting the reversal.
Ruben Yvel has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Yvel shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Beleren is trying to defend but Yvel finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Yvel is keen to just control but Beleren is a slippery customer. Yvel is pressing down on Beleren's thigh, looking to free his foot. Beleren is holding on for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yvel is thwarting Beleren's attempts to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yvel with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ruben Yvel wasn't doing enough on the ground. Yvel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Yvel controls from within his opponent's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Yvel looking to pass the guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yvel passes Beleren's left leg - he's now in half guard. Yvel wants to get back to his feet.
Yvel is trying to control the action in half guard but Beleren is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Yvel perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Yvel wants to get back to his feet.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Ruben Yvel just wasn't active enough. Beleren shoots in but Yvel avoids the takedown attempt easily. Ruben Yvel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jace Beleren.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yvel throws a head kick but Beleren moves out of range.

Beleren shoots in but Yvel avoids the takedown attempt easily. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Yvel looks to land a combination. Beleren sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Yvel shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ruben Yvel dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Beleren shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Yvel but Yvel pushes him off and we're back to square one. Beleren throws an off balance right hand
and Yvel counters with a good low kick that Beleren was not able to check. Yvel gets a takedown into half guard. Yvel gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Beleren gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Yvel to score an easy takedown into full guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Yvel controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Beleren escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Yvel gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yvel is pushing down on Beleren's leg trying to pass to half guard. Beleren is fighting to maintain full guard but Yvel has managed to sneak the leg through. Yvel is stalling here. Beleren is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Yvel seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Beleren has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Beleren scores with a couple of short elbows. Beleren throws an elbow but Yvel slips to the side and avoids it well. Yvel tries to bench press Beleren off him but Beleren keeps the position. Beleren in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Beleren trying to control the action but Yvel is working from the bottom. Yvel is trying to get back to half guard. Beleren trying to control the position but Yvel is working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Beleren is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Yvel looks calm but he's in trouble here. Beleren gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Yvel is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Beleren lets go of the hold and Yvel can pop his arm back in it's socket.
