Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jovan West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Domink Caic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West closes the distance and clinches.
Caic tries to circle away but West has him pinned against the cage.
West keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Caic's efforts to push away.
West is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Caic to keep the fight standing.
Caic has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
West stalling.
Caic is looking to break free of the clinch but West has double underhooks.
West pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
West fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
West shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Caic defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jovan West. That's going to take a lot out of him.
West shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Caic sprawls well. Caic wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. West gets slowly back to his feet.
West drops his hands momentarily and Caic takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Caic lands the left hand.
Caic waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract West.
That's one minute gone in the round.
West walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
The fighters circling - Caic throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Caic looks to land a left hand but West moved out of range nicely.
West will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
West throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Caic tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. West is in Caic's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Caic wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and West manages to pass to side control.
West is looking for a kimura but Caic is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for West to get the leverage.
Caic wants to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Caic is trying to stand up here but West is controlling him well.
Caic blocking the ground and pound attempt from West.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Jovan West has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Horrible takedown by West or perhaps it was just good defense by Caic which made him look bad.
West shoots in but no luck this time.
West is breathing heavily.
West throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
West misses with a body shot.
Caic lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Caic connects with a looping right hand.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Caic lands a big right hand that sends West crashing to the mat! Caic stays standing though and waves West back to his feet!
West is rocked!
Caic is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Caic throws a pinpoint strike between West's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends West crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Caic scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Domink Caic!
A relieved looking Domink Caic thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
