Vallisari has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Vallisari's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jones connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Vallisari scrambles back to his feet.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jones tries to bum rush Vallisari with a series of wild strikes but Vallisari uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Vallisari gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jones.
Jones throws a switch kick that catches Vallisari on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Vallisari looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Vallisari flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!

James Jones was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
