The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Demps has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Osbourne finds it's way round the side to connect with Demps's head.
Demps shoots in and drives through. Osbourne sprawls well.
Demps shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Osbourne as he avoids it easily.
Demps tries to clinch up but Osbourne circles away and keeps his distance.
Osbourne feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Osbourne drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Demps dives on top into guard.

Demps wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Osbourne's closed guard. He's half up but Osbourne has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Osbourne pivots and extends the arm, Demps falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Osbourne! Well done that man!
