Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John McClane! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sanchez showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from McClane.
Sanchez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but McClane avoids it really well and circles away. Sanchez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts McClane as he jumps to the side. Sanchez fails with the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him. McClane throws a head kick that Sanchez semi-blocks.
McClane lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Sanchez shoots in looking for a takedown. McClane tries to sprawl out of it but Sanchez keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McClane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Sanchez looks for a takedown but McClane sprawls well. McClane wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. McClane throws a series of strikes that have Sanchez backpedaling.
That's one minute gone in the round. McClane instigates a clinch. McClane is looking to break free of the clinch but Sanchez has double underhooks. McClane successfully pulls guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Sanchez pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. McClane is keeping the position for now. Sanchez is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Sanchez pushing down on McClane's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sanchez drops an elbow to the side of McClane's head. Sanchez trying to pass the guard but McClane defending well. Sanchez is sneakily working for an arm triangle but McClane sees it coming and defends easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanchez sitting and controlling from the half guard. Sanchez throwing shots but McClane is blocking nicely. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sanchez keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Carlos Sanchez has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Sanchez. Horrible takedown by Sanchez or perhaps it was just good defense by McClane which made him look bad. Sanchez doesn't succeed with the takedown and McClane counters with a lovely shot to the body. Sanchez fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Sanchez is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Danga de danga de dang - McClane scores with a four punch combination! McClane scores with a shot to the body.
McClane gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Sanchez is working for takedown but McClane is calmly controlling the position for now. McClane tries to break the clinch but Sanchez is controlling the position. Sanchez is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Sanchez has McClane pressed against the cage, preventing McClane from circling away and getting back to striking at range. McClane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! McClane moves into the clinch successfully.
McClane pulls guard effortlessly. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sanchez working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. McClane can't keep his opponent in guard - Sanchez advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Sanchez sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. McClane defending well though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but John McClane will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Sanchez shoots and misses and McClane counters with a nice body shot. Sanchez shoots in but McClane avoids the takedown attempt easily. McClane lands a nice leg kick that just misses Sanchez's sensitive parts. McClane scores to the head and body with a nice combination! McClane shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sanchez manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. McClane in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Sanchez seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sanchez wants to sweep here but McClane controlling him for the moment. McClane stops Sanchez from standing up. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. McClane wants to control from the top but Sanchez keeps moving. Sanchez manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. McClane manages to get himself to full guard.
Sanchez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sanchez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. McClane being controlled here, momentarily. Sanchez trying to control but McClane is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Sanchez loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. McClane avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. McClane not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Carlos Sanchez overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Carlos Sanchez just wasn't active enough. McClane clinches up against the cage. Sanchez is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but McClane is defending well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sanchez is trying to work for a single leg takedown but McClane pulls him back up using the underhooks. Sanchez tries for a takedown but McClane manages to get underhooks.
McClane has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Sanchez uses from the top position. Sanchez wants to control from the top but McClane keeps moving.

Sanchez throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McClane utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Sanchez stands up from McClane's guard - Sanchez perhaps looking for a knockout. Sanchez fails with a takedown attempt.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sanchez has a takedown stuffed. McClane digs a good body shot into Sanchez's ribs. McClane feints a jab promting Sanchez to slip. McClane then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Sanchez slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. McClane slaps away a takedown attempt from Sanchez, before circling back to the center of the mat. Sanchez shoots in for a double leg but McClane sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. McClane cracks the inside of Sanchez's front leg. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McClane clinches up with Sanchez and pushes him back against the cage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
John McClane showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
McClane moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Sanchez misses with a takedown attempt - McClane sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. McClane manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sanchez on his heels. He'll look to pass Sanchez's guard now, I'm sure. McClane won't allow Sanchez to sweep him here. Sanchez is controlling McClane's posture. Sanchez is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Sanchez preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Sanchez has his feet on McClane's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Sanchez takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanchez shoots in for a double leg but McClane sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. McClane shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. McClane throwing strikes here but Sanchez is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Sanchez is working to get back to half guard.
McClane sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Sanchez is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Sanchez wants to hold on but McClane pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanchez tries to reverse the position but McClane maintains control. McClane unloads with some shots from mount but Sanchez bucks and avoids them well.
Sanchez really wants to buck McClane off and get back to his feet. McClane trying to control but he's not successful this time. Sanchez is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McClane cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Sanchez is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanchez blocking the ground and pound. Sanchez slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Sanchez kicks McClane off and gets back to his feet. McClane moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Sanchez shoots in for a double leg but McClane sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Carlos Sanchez. That's going to take a lot out of him. McClane pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Sanchez back to the cage. McClane follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Left hook, right uppercut from McClane. McClane scoring well with a low kick there.
McClane throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sanchez stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. McClane has closed the distance and engaged Sanchez in a clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. McClane lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Sanchez backwards. McClane tries to break the clinch but Sanchez is controlling the position. Sanchez prevents McClane from breaking the clinch. McClane is trying to push Sanchez away but Sanchez has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. McClane breaks the clinch.
Sanchez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. McClane tries to avoid it but Sanchez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag McClane to the ground. McClane escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. McClane thuds a left hand into Sanchez's body. Sanchez fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Sanchez takes a body punch but keeps moving. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Sanchez has his takedown stuffed and McClane counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Carlos Sanchez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! John McClane is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. McClane lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
And that's the end of the fight! John McClane comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got McClane winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
