Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Steven Liv (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andre Barnes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Steven Liv! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Andre Barnes! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barnes misses with the combination.
Liv shoots in looking for a takedown. Barnes tries to sprawl out of it but Liv keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Barnes manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Liv shoots in and bounces Barnes off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Liv is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Liv trying to control but Barnes is working from the bottom. Liv looking to sit in guard and control but Barnes gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Liv wants to sweep here but Barnes controlling him for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Liv looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Liv is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Barnes postures up in Liv's guard and throws a big left but Liv blocks it. Liv trying to keep a closed guard but Barnes is proving a slippery customer.
Barnes trying to control the position from guard on top but Liv is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Liv lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Barnes!
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Barnes keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Liv goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Barnes is on top in guard.
Liv is breathing heavily. Liv looking to hit a scissor sweep but Barnes is one step ahead there. Liv is looking for a triangle but Barnes pushes his legs off easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Liv looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Barnes throwing strikes but missing. Liv throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Liv pushes a forearm under Barnes's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Barnes is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Steven Liv!
