1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Maximus Dreszczykus! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jobber falls off balance throwing a combination
and Dreszczykus counters with a nice double leg into guard. Dreszczykus throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jobber works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dreszczykus controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Dreszczykus trying to control the position from guard on top but Jobber is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dreszczykus postures up and lands a big shot to Jobber's brow. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dreszczykus throws a big right hand that misses. Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Dreszczykus not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Maximus Dreszczykus dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Dreszczykus controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Dreszczykus trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jobber could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Dreszczykus wants to control from the top but Jobber keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dreszczykus is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dreszczykus throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Jobber keeping moving, preventing Dreszczykus from controlling successfully.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Maximus Dreszczykus wasn't active enough on the ground. Jobber throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Jobber feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dreszczykuss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Dreszczykus closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Dreszczykus is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jobber defends it well. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dreszczykus missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jobber avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dreszczykus. Dreszczykus is looking to take a break and control but Jobber is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dreszczykus works his way into full mount! Dreszczykus unloading with bombs! Maximus Dreszczykus has got the better of the ground game so far. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Dreszczykus looking to isolate an arm here. Jobber doesn't see it coming and as Dreszczykus extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Dreszczykus!
