Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aku Hiiri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Per Aukko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aku Hiiri had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Aku Hiiri!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Per Aukko!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aukko fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Hiiri sprawls well initially but Aukko persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Hiiri pushes Aukko off looking to stand but Aukko dives back in and keeps control.
Hiiri tries to get to full guard but Aukko has control of the leg.
Aukko is looking to advance position but Hiiri won't allow it.
Aukko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hiiri is just riding it out for now. Aukko eventually gives up the hold.

Hiiri kicks off Aukko and gets to his feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Aukko.
Aukko shoots for a takedown but Hiiri saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Hiiri looking to throw knees to the head but Aukko is blocking nicely.
Hiiri misses with some punches.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Aukko.
Hiiri throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Hiiri is looking to control Aukko's arms but Aukko gets an underhook and turns him. Now Hiiri has his back to the cage.
Hiiri gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Hiiri pushes off an throws an elbow but Aukko leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Hiiri breaks the clinch.
Hiiri closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Hiiri is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Aukko gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Hiiri misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Aukko.
Aukko tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Hiiri smiles and moves away.
Aku Hiiri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Per Aukko.
Aukko shoots in for a double leg but Hiiri sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Aukko swats away the attempt to clinch by Hiiri.
Hiiri is looking to clinch.
Aukko closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Hiiri to the mat! Hiiri manages to get full guard.
Aukko trying to control but Hiiri is working from the bottom.

Hiiri is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Aukko dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hiiri tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Aukko fails to take his opponent's back.

Hiiri slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Aukko in particular looking to stall.

Aukko takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Hiiri tries to escape but Aukko has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Aukko is not going to allow Hiiri to sit and survive in this position.
Hiiri is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Aukko is persistently looking for the submission but Hiiri is defending it well.

Aukko looking to break Hiiri's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Hiiri remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Aukko will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Aukko's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hiiri is in bad spot here.
Aukko tries to keep control of the position but Hiiri is staying busy.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Hiiri rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Per Aukko dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Hiiri will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Aukko takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Per Aukko has been cut.
Aukko changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Hiiri looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Hiiri gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Hiiri looks like he's trying to stand up.
Aukko looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Aukko prevents Hiiri from standing back up.
Aukko trying to control from half guard but Hiiri is working away.
Hiiri pushes Aukko off looking to stand but Aukko dives back in and keeps control.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Aukko wants to take Hiiri's back here but Hiiri is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

Per Aukko has got the better of the ground game so far.
Aukko doesn't have the hooks in and Hiiri manages to turn into his guard.
Hiiri is looking to stand up but Aukko won't let him.
Aukko is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Aukko is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Hiiri would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Hiiri will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Hiiri has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Aukko to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hiiri is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Aukko pulls down on the head and he's put Hiiri to sleep! This one is all over!
