Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Edoardo Bertolone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kareem Aziz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aziz has chosen Lowkey- Long Live Palestine as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Edoardo Bertolone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kareem Aziz!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Damien Edna and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aziz changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Aziz thuds his right hand into Bertolone's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Aziz misses with a wild body shot.
A jab lands there for Aziz.
Bertolone on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
A looping hook to the body misses from Aziz. Bertolone does a little dance to reset his feet.
The crowd cheers as Aziz lands an impressive looking overhand right. Bertolone doesn't seem phased though.
Aziz ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Aziz throws a shot to the body.
Bertolone slips a jab from Aziz.
Aziz throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bertolone stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Aziz, as that shot connected.
Bertolone closes the distance and clinches up with Aziz, looking for a takedown. Bertolone pushes Aziz against the cage but Aziz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Aziz looks to score with a jab to the body but Bertolone is just out of range.
Horrible takedown by Bertolone or perhaps it was just good defense by Aziz which made him look bad.
Bertolone shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Aziz pinned against the cage. Aziz gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Edoardo Bertolone. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Aziz fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Aziz's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bertolone under the eye.
Bertolone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Bertolone shoots in but Aziz avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Bertolone scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Aziz is not content to let Bertolone control the position.
Aziz is trying to maintain the position but Bertolone is very close to passing his half guard.
Aziz is trying is best to control the position here.

Bertolone landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Aziz tries to roll over but Bertolone keeps him under control.

Aziz is holding on to half guard well.
Bertolone is working for a submission of some sort.

Bertolone drops an elbow to the side of Aziz's head.
Aziz tries to roll over but Bertolone keeps him under control.
Bertolone wants to take a breather but Aziz is having none of it.
Aziz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Bertolone trying to control the action but Aziz is working from the bottom.

Aziz is looking to improve his position.
Bertolone slips a nice elbow through Aziz's hands, connecting with Aziz's forehead.
Bertolone lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nice strikes from Bertolone there.
Aziz is rocked!
Bertolone wants to work for an arm triangle but Aziz is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Aziz is in trouble now - Bertolone has advanced to mount!
Aziz is looking to get to half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bertolone lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Aziz is still in real trouble! Can Bertolone finish him?
Aziz tries to lock up and control but Bertolone gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Aziz seems to have recovered his senses.
Bertolone loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Aziz scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Bertolone land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Bertolone stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Edoardo Bertolone!
