Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamma tries to score a power double leg takedown but Carter sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hamma somewhat.
Carter clinches.
Hamma drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Carter unloads a knee to the mid-section. Hamma lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Carter's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hamma. Carter does a little dance to reset his feet.
Carter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Carter throws a head kick but Hamma moves out of range.
Carter scores with a takedown into Hamma's guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hamma has hold of Carter's hands but Carter slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Carter maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Hamma could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Carter has cracked it and Hamma is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Carter!
